e-ATV How to Order:

1.  Contact us with questions and concerns about your application or about ordering.

2.  Call or email for a shipping quote (if desired).
You can also ask for current shipping times ARO (After Receiving Order)*.
The shipping quote is good for 30 days (call if an extension is needed).
The time quote is normally good for enough time for you to complete your order (normally a few days or longer if you ask).

3.  Print an order form from this webpage or by clicking on the .pdf link.
You can also ask that an order form be sent my mail.
After filling it out, mail, email, or fax it to us.
(call for the secure fax order number).

4.  From the information sent to us, we will prepare a commercial invoice including all charges (including shipping) and send it to you for your approval.
We confirm all orders by telephone.

5.  After receipt of your approval, we will process a deposit of 10% to your credit card.
You can also send a check (let us know that it is coming and we'll assign a vehicle to you).

6.  The day before shipment, we will advise that your vehicle will ship the next day, and process the balance to your credit card. 
If paying by check, we'll alert you one week in advance of requiring the balance.

7.  On shipment day, we'll send tracking and unpacking instructions (typically by email).
The shipment will also include the manual, spare key, and the manuals for on-board components like the charger.

Here's what your e-ATV looks like when it arrives by truck.

The Doran e-ATV is shipped by truck, sea, or air, on a steel pallet; ready to drive. You will need a 3/8" and a 7/16" wrench, and a pair of scissors to unpack your vehicle. The primary key will be in the keyswitch. You will be ready to drive it off the pallet within five to ten minutes of delivery.

*Doran e-ATVs normally ship within one to two weeks of receipt of order.
This gives us time to do final assembly of your e-ATV with the options and accessories you desire.  
We install fresh batteries from the factory, and put the vehicles through several light charge/discharge cycles while fully testing all systems and functions of  the vehicle.
Your Doran e-ATV will arrive fully charged, and ready to use.

We ship with commercial trucking companies within the US.

We also use other carriers by air, sea, and truck - for shipments around the world.
